SIDBI Recruitment 2022 Probation and posting/transfer
The candidates selected through SIDBI Recruitment 2022, would be on probation for a period of 2 years which is extendable up to a maximum of 4 years at the discretion of SIDBI. The selected candidates will be liable to be posted/transferred at the discretion of SIDBI to various offices/verticals/associates/subsidiaries of SIDBI.
SIDBI Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate must be a citizen of India.
- Not below 21 years and not exceeding 28 years as on December 14, 2022. Candidates born not earlier than 14.12.1994 and not later than 15.12.2001 [both days including] are only eligible to apply.

SIDBI Recruitment 2022 Selection Procedure
- Online examination comprising of the objective test as well as descriptive test followed by Personal Interview. Candidates who qualify based on the minimum cut-off marks decided by SIDBI would be called for an interview.
- The test of English Language will be in English.
- The remaining tests will be in English and Hindi.
- All the objective questions will have multiple choices.
- Objective type of tests, there will be penalties for wrong answers marked by the candidates.
- For every wrong answer marked by a candidate, 1/4 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty.
- Candidates will be shortlisted for the Interview on the basis of marks scored in objective and descriptive sections taken together against full marks of 250.
- The Descriptive Test will be evaluated only for those candidates who qualify in the Objective type of tests (on total and individual sections of objective tests) and are ranked adequately high as per total marks in the objective test. The ratio of candidates to be considered for evaluation of the Descriptive test shall be subject to the number of candidates qualified vis-a-vis a number of vacancies.
